Hockey Fees 2010
Fees for the 2010 have now been set. There has
been a moderate increase, to cover the higher
field hire charges, increases in insurance, umpiring
costs, and longer seasons for some teams. We had
been able to absorb these increases for a few
seasons.
Discounts for UTS students will only apply to
those students who have become members
of the UTS Union Advantage Programme.

There
is a discount of $50-off the amounts listed
below, if fees are paid IN FULL, by March
31, 2010.
From April 1, 2010, these full fees apply:
High School Student, playing in senior comp: $410
($360 with discount)
UTS Student, member of Advantage Programme: $410
($360 with discount)
UTS Student, NOT a member of Advantage Programme,
and Other Full-Time Tertiary Student: $490 ($440
with discount)
UTS Alumni, member of Advantage Programme: $490
($440 with discount)
UTS Alumni, NOT a member of Advantage Programme,
and all Others:$550 ($500 with discount)
Goalkeepers: discounts available, please contact
the Treasurer
Playing 2nd comp (eg Opens and Vets): Additional
$200
To claim the Advantage Programme discount, you
MUST provide us with your UTS Student/Alumni number,
and your Advantage Programme card number, for
membership verification. (UTS graduates can become
Alumni members FOR FREE, just visit www.alumni.uts.edu.au
.)
All fees must be paid in full by June 30, 2010,
or else you will not be permitted to take the
field.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are injured prior to paying
your fees IN FULL for the season, you are not
eligible to claim insurance benefits until you
pay your fees.
If any of our womens players are already registered
with their own Associations (UTS registers with
SNWHA), please deduct $80 from these fees, so
long as you can provide us with your Association
ID number, AND EVIDENCE THAT YOU ARE FINANCIAL
WITH THAT ASSOCIATION FOR 2010.
How to Pay

For those of you with access to internet banking,
this is our preferred method of payment! Please
bank your fees to:

Please ensure to type your name in the REFERENCE
FIELD when using internet banking.
Cash, Cheques, Credit Card
Please see Hollie King or Zorba, at your games
or training in the coming weeks to pay by cash,
cheque (payable to "UTS Hockey Club") or credit
card (Visa, Mastercard only).
Collecting fees from over 200 club members is
a long and time consuming task. Please help us
out by having your payment ready for us over the
next few weeks - the incentive is there for you
to save $50. Plus it saves us chasing people for
fees later in the year. And PLEASE make sure you
have limit available on your credit cards!! If
