Hockey Fees 2011
Fees for the 2011 have now been set. They have
increased only $10 from last season.
UTS Students who have become members of the
UTS Union Advantage Programme, will save $80
on their fees. This is a great deal when you consider
joining the programme costs only $59. You can
join the programme on-line at http://www.utsunion.uts.edu.au/advantage/index.html.
There
is a discount of $50-off the amounts listed
below, if fees are paid IN FULL, by March
31, 2011.
From April 1, 2011, these full fees apply:
High School Student, playing in senior comp:
$420 ($370 with discount) or $350 if under 18
as at 1-1-11 ($300 with discount)
UTS Student, member of Advantage Programme: $420
($370 with discount)
UTS Student, NOT a member of Advantage Programme,
and Other Full-Time Tertiary Student: $500 ($450
with discount)
UTS Alumni, member of Advantage Programme: $500
($450 with discount)
UTS Alumni, NOT a member of Advantage Programme,
and all Others: $550 ($500 with discount)
Goalkeepers: $150
Playing 2nd comp (e.g. Opens and Vets/Masters):
Additional $200
To claim the Advantage Programme discount, you
MUST provide us with your UTS Student/Alumni number,
and your Advantage Programme card number, for
membership verification.
All fees must be paid in full by June 30, 2011,
or else you will not be permitted to take the
field.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are injured prior
to paying your fees IN FULL for the season, you
are not eligible to claim insurance benefits until
you pay your fees.
If any of our female players are already registered
with their own Associations (UTS registers with
SNWHA), please deduct $80 from these fees, so
long as you can provide us with your Association
ID number, AND EVIDENCE THAT YOU ARE FINANCIAL
WITH THAT ASSOCIATION FOR 2011.

Please ensure to type your name in the REFERENCE
FIELD when using internet banking.
Cash, Cheques, Credit Card
Please see Zorba at your games or training in
the coming weeks to pay by cash, cheque (payable
to "UTS Hockey Club") or credit card (Visa, Mastercard
only).
Collecting fees from over 200 club members is
a long and time consuming task. Please help us
out by having your payment ready for us over the
next few weeks - the incentive is there for you
to save $50. Plus it saves us chasing people for
fees later in the year. And PLEASE make sure you
have limit available on your credit cards!!
