For those of you who may not have caught up with the news, I have had somewhat of a change in career. Recently I've completed qualifications as a massage therapist, and now it's time to start business!
The practise is aimed at reducing soft tissue and connective tissue dysfunction. That means back, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and all those niggling little aches and pains you get as a result of sitting at your desk all day or after you've come off the sporting field.
I use a variety of massage therapies including myofascial release, active tissue release remedial massage and exercise therapy to get the results the client requires.
I've set up at a clinic in Cammeray (details below) alongside a chiropractor, acupuncturist and energy health practitioner. You can find us at;
