It’s time to nominate for Uni Games. The Australian Uni Games will be held on the Gold Coast, from 27 September to 2 October.

It gives us great pleasure to welcome Jade Close to UTS Hockey Club. And congratulations also to Renata Hercok, on her selection in the NSW u18 team.

Pymble Ladies' College is currently looking to further improve their Hockey programme and are in the process of finding coaches for our Term 3 Hockey.

We still require 2 goalkeepers for our 5th and 6th grade teams, competing in the Sydney North Womens Hockey Association. Full Goalie Kit provided. Training Monday nights at Pennant Hills, 8.30-10pm. Games on Sundays at Ryde or Pennant Hills. If interested, please email info@utshockey.org.

Reports from Games 5/6 Sep, including details of u15s PREMIERSHIP!!!

On a cold Sunday evening no one could be sure if it was the Olympic spirit or sheer determination that assisted us on the pitch. But the terms “magical” and “inspirational” have been used to describe this victory. Marva Collins once said “Success doesn’t come to you…you go get it” and as a team that’s what we accomplished during the game.

This game will hopefully be a turning point in the team’s performance for the remainder of the season. The whole team started with a revitalized purpose with the focus on teamwork, commitment and support.

The annual hockey gala day is on again! This is the only opportunity to watch our mens and womens 1st grade squads in action on the same day, at the same venue, as they battle traditional rivals Burwood Briars, for the Streeter-Robinson Cup. Please come and support our teams – a tremendous opportunity to see our best players in action. Game times are listed below, all games played at Cintra Park, Burwood.

Congratulations to the members of the victorious Super 8s mens indoor hockey team, who defeated the defending champions Moorebank 5-3 in a nail-biting final.

Well done to our mens Uni Games team, that proudly flew the UTS flag at last week's Australian University Games held in Newcastle...

It was so close for our womens 1st Grade team in the MetroLeague Div 1 Grand Final for 2003....

Matthew Smith, a 150 game veteran of the Australian Men's Hockey team, The Kookuburras, has signed to play for UTS for the next 3 years.

With a game based on all out attack, UTS Womens 1st grade dominated the grand final against Glebe, winning the Premiership 3-1.

The UTS Mens B2 Indoor team completed another undefeated season with a solid 4-1 victory over rivals Campus, in the Final of the Sydney Indoor B2 competition.

Congratulations to Scott McGlin, mens 1st grade goal keeper, who has been selected to play in the U21 Australian Indoor side which will be touring New Zealand at the end of the year.

Congratulations to our mens team that just won the GOLD MEDAL at the Aus-East University Games, in Coffs Harbour.
